Registration Policies, Cancellations & Refunds

Registration Payment Policy


Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. 


Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cheque (payable to “MindFlow Performance”). 


Cheque payments delay processing and must be received no later than March 14, 2019.  Payments will not be processed unless the cheque is accompanied by a printout of your registration payment form.

Registration Cancellation and Refund

You must contact us no later than March 1, 2019, to cancel your registration for the MindFlow Performance Scientific Symposium. 


For cancellations made by March 1, 2019, your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.  No refunds will  be given for cancellations made after March 1, 2019.


Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, and amount paid.

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email upon receipt of payment.  


Please SAVE YOUR RECEIPT and print it for your reference, information and reimbursements.



Official identification badges will be available for collection onsite at the Registration Desk. 


Attendees must wear the official conference badge at all times and present it for admission to all MindFlowPerformance meeting events.  

To minimise the environmental costs of reprints, we require a $5 fee for printing replacement badges onsite.

Early Bird Registration

To qualify for the 10% Early Bird Discount, purchase your ticket before December 31, 2018 and enter the code early bird special when prompted.
