Registration is now open and there are a variety of different packages you can purchase.  Register before December 30, 2018 and receive a 10% Early Bird Discount.

 

The Gold Pass provides access to two days of the Scientific Symposium, including presentations, practical break out sessions and video documentary screenings.  In addition, the Gold Pass includes entrance to the MindFlow Performance fundraising Gala Dinner, worth $85.

The Silver Pass provides access to two days of the Scientific Symposium, including presentations, practical break out sessions and video documentary screenings.

There are only 200 tickets available for the event and demand is expected to be strong, so purchase your ticket today.

Early Bird Registration

To qualify for the 10% Early Bird Discount, purchase your ticket before December 31, 2018 and enter the code early bird special when prompted.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cheque (payable to “MindFlowPerformance”). 

 

Cheque payments delay processing and must be received no later than March February 14, 2019.  Payments will not be processed unless the cheque is accompanied by a printout of your registration payment form.
